Location
Our research group is based at the Shenzhen Medical Academy of Research and Translation (SMART), a new biomedical research institute. SMART provides an advanced research environment that brings together fundamental biology, technology platforms and translational medicine.
The institute offers access to state-of-the-art facilities in structural biology, live imaging, mass spectrometry, computation, AI-assisted analysis, and disease-oriented research. This creates a strong environment for researchers who want to study molecular mechanisms related to metabolism and disease.
Shenzhen is a dynamic science and technology hub, and SMART has close links to international universities throug hshared programmes, as well as hospitals, biotech and industry across the Greater Bay Area.
